The new DPW 4th Division Maintenance Facility Campus will include a new building, landscaping and stormwater management features, traffic pattern changes, an outdoor material storage area, staff parking, and yard debris drop-off area.

In response to the community feedback, the design includes a new pedestrian pathway to provide a safe and inviting connection from the eastern portion of Mathews Avenue to Bausman Street and McKinley Park access. The pedestrian pathway will be the site of a new public art project, funded by the Percent For Art from the site renovation.

A RFQ will soon be released by the City to select an artist for this project. In preparation of this, the Public Art & Civic Design Division is asking the community for feedback on what is important to them and what they would like to see from this artistic intervention.
