The intent of this project is to provide a safe pedestrian connection along Thornton Street, Fountain Street, and the intersection of Broad Street and E. Liberty Boulevard. Sidewalk, curb, and ADA ramps will be reconstructed to provide accessible connections within these communities.

Thornton St. Sidewalk Placement

A sidewalk will be constructed on the South side of Thornton St. between Ashlyn St. and Surban St. to provide pedestrian access to Sheraden Park and the steps leading to Sherwood Ave.

Fountain St. Sidewalk Construction and Rehabilitation

The project along Fountain includes the construction of sidewalk, rehabilitation of deteriorated sidewalk, and replacement of curb and curb ramps.

Sidewalks will be constructed where gaps exist.

Sidewalks on Fountain will be constructed where gaps exist. Deteriorated concrete will be replaced.

Broad St. and E. Liberty Blvd. Sidewalk Replacement

The project along Broad St. and E. Liberty Blvd. will replace deteriorated and missing sidewalk at the intersection.

Sidewalks at the intersection of Broad St. and E. Liberty Blvd. will be replaced.
