Project consists of a pedestrian refuge island at Bigelow Blvd and N Dithridge Street and spot speed control. Two (2) speed tables are planned along the corridor to slow drivers and improve yielding compliance in this area. Parking will be adjusted to improve sight distance.

Construction is anticipated to begin in early Summer 2026.
