The Dickson Street Steps provide a pedestrian walkway between California Avenue and Plough Street, improving connections for the residents of Marshall-Shadeland and expanding access to transit and parks.

The project begins with gathering data and drafting preliminary designs to determine which enhancements are needed. While engineering can take several years, we aim to provide consistent updates on the progress of the project.
