The Potomac Ave Steps provide a pedestrian walkway along Potomac Avenue, connection residents from the Dormont neighborhood to commercial businesses and transit stops along Banksville Road.

The project is currently in the Preliminary Engineering phase with oversite by PennDOT.

The project begins with data gathering and design to determine what various enhancements are needed. While engineering can take several years, we aim to provide updates on the progress at various points throughout design.
