The Potomac Ave Steps provide a pedestrian walkway along Potomac Avenue, connecting residents from Banksville and Dormont to commercial businesses and transit stops along Banksville Road.

The project begins with gathering data and drafting preliminary designs to determine which enhancements are needed. While engineering can take several years, we aim to provide consistent updates on the progress of the project.

Opportunities for public comment on the proposed plans will occur during the engineering design phase.
