City Council introduced an ordinance to amend the Pittsburgh Zoning Map for two parcels (45-A-166 and 45-E-43) at the former Horace Mann Elementary School site in the Marshall Shadeland neighborhood. The site is bounded by Shadeland Ave, Casement St, Mullins St, and Ancy Way and is roughly three (3) acres in area. The ordinance would change the zoning from Single Unit Detached Residential (R1D-H) to Urban Center Mixed Use (UC-MU). The ordinance will be reviewed by the City Planning Commission and the City Council.
