About this Project

This proposal is part of the overall Bakery Square development and will be adjacent the Trader Joe’s and across from the Market District. The project is in the Specially Planned Bakery Square zoning district (SP-9). The building will primarily be for residential use but will also include ground floor office and residential amenity space.

Project Details

  • 199 dwelling units, 21 of which will be affordable units
  • 74’ in height, six stories
  • 71 surface vehicle parking spaces at rear
  • Bike room within building for 80 bikes.
  • 10% of the site will be dedicated urban open space. This will be provided as active urban open space along the Penn Ave frontage.
  • Street trees to be provided along Penn Ave and along new private road accessing the rear of the site.

The project will be reviewed by Larimer Consensus Group as part of a Development Activities Meeting. Details on time and location of the meeting will be provided on the City Planning Public Meetings Calendar when available.
