Project Background:
The City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Works, along with the Mayor's Office, CitiParks and the Penguins Foundation, are seeking beneficial input from community partners and residents to inform the design improvements to Ammon Park.
Project Updates
This Fall (2024) the Department of Public Works (DPW) will be releasing an RFP for design consultant selection. The selected consultant will bring the preferred concept from conceptual design to construction-ready documentation.
Through the community engagement process earlier this year, DPW has elected to advance Concept 2 to design. The design will include modifications to the parking locations based on community input.
