What is a Registered Community Organization (RCO)?
A Registered Community Organization (RCO) is a nonprofit community organization or collaboration of community organizations that are registered with the Department of City Planning as stakeholders of a specific geographic area.
To learn more about the RCO program, what RCOs do, and how to become an RCO, please visit the Registered Community Organizations page on the City website (linked here).
This EngagePGH page is for existing RCOs to submit the materials to renew their certification.
RCO Recertification
RCO status must be renewed every two years, by December 1st, by providing updates on any information that has changed since the original RCO application or the most recent recertification.
Please only submit this form once for each organization, and only if the RCO is in need of recertification.
View the registration expiration date for each organization at this link.
If you’re interested in applying as a new RCO, please click here to learn more or email RCOprogram@pittsburghpa.gov.
Do not submit an application to become a new RCO through this form.
