Stay up to speed with the implementation of the East Hills Vision Plan by following our Progress Tracker! As community partners undertake projects, programs, and policies, this tracker will be updated.

If you are working on any of these projects, feel free to reach out so we can update the tracker accordingly!

Complete	Action has been taken to complete a project/program as described by the Plan.
In Progress	Active work is underway to achieve the outcomes outlined for each project/program.
Ongoing	Work has been underway prior to the Plan and continues moving forward.
On Deck	Projects/programs are identified as next in line for implementation.

Visioning Process

Timeline item 1 - complete

Conditions Assessment

Our field team will assess existing conditions in the community, such as; damaged sidewalks, vacant buildings, overgrown lots, and other such hazards.
Timeline item 2 - complete

Stakeholder Group

Bringing together a group of vested individuals who we will help to lead and be the catalyst for their neighborhood revitalization, and a voice for their neighbors.

Community Based Engagement

We will meet with people in the places in which they already gather to receive feedback and cultivate meaningful conversations.

Surveying the Public

Our team will Survey the public in digital and print form to ensure an equitable distribution of data gathered and a statistically valid result.

Data Integration

Existing conditions data and community input will be combined to produce a complete picture of the community and it’s needs. From this a conceptual vision with be drafted.

Testing the vision

After the conceptual vision has been created, it is time to test and refine the process, adapting as necessary to create a unified vision

Action Plan

It is important to integrate the vision to help unify and direct all community-based actions. The community will be given the tools and knowledge needed to create real-world actions that improve the neighborhood.
