The first phase of the project will include trail and parking lot improvements in various areas throughout Emerald View Park, specifically:

• Parking lot / trailhead improvements at Greenleaf Street and Sycamore Street parking lots
• Trailhead improvements at Republic Street, Bigbee Field, Hallock Street, Greenleaf / Horner Street crossing
• Trail improvements along segments of the Greenleaf Trail and Emerald View Park Trails.

Construction will begin in late Fall 2024.
