Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities in the e-Procurement Portal by selecting Subscribe to create an account. Create a custom vendor profile and choose the categories for which you wish to receive notifications. Follow updates to existing solicitations by finding the solicitation and clicking the Follow button. This will allow all interested parties to receive amendments and addenda automatically.

For Developers and Contractors who would like to receive email alerts pertaining to Bids, Invitations to Bid, RFP's, and RFQ's The URA has transitioned to Ion Wave Technology (IWT), a cloud-based bidding platform for the automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations. To receive notifications, you must register with the new system.
The Authority will post current and upcoming opportunities to the City of Pittsburgh Beacon, Buying Plan. The Beacon is a free service that notifies subscribed businesses about opportunities. In order to be notified by e-mail you must first subscribe to the service. Visit the City of Pittsburgh web-site at www.pittsburghpa.gov to subscribe to be a member. Please note that this service is managed by the City of Pittsburgh and not the Pittsburgh Parking Authority.
PWSA has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit bids and proposals to us digitally. Vendors are requested to click the view solicitations link at the top of the page, then follow the link under “New Vendor Registration” to the Bonfire vendor registration page to register your company.
